    Piston Question

So.......I just got this new Meteor piston. It's for an open port Husqvarna 268. I have never put a new piston in these open port saws (non windowed piston) but have put many in the closed port versions. Right out of the box I noticed the lower 1/4" or so of the skirt was smaller diameter...

This mill rig came with my Jonsereds 111S and the owner did not know the brand...not do I. It looks like a Grandberg sorta, but it travels on 3, 22" rolls and the ends that holds the roll shafts and the vertical adjustment tubes are cast alum....very nicely made unit. I don't know diddly...

    Jonsereds......Old Style....

I have always thought the older non AV Jonsereds were goofy looking...........but as my "disorder" has progressed I have slowly come around to think I really like the swoopy "art deco" look and as you aquire a certain brand of saws you run out of horizon...and I'm way to cheap to get into...

Need a "Little" Lombard, Dynamark, and maybe others, Help

I have had the saw pictured below for quite some time and have been keeping my eyes open for a correct muffler for as it didn't come to me with one. I fudged an old SXL muffler onto it to get it running but it was a poor excuse as a permanant muffler. It runs very well and is quite scrappy for...

Piston Question on 335 Husky Climbing Saw

I've been looking around for an aftermarket Meteor or Episan piston for one of these little guys. Bailey's, Northwood Saw, nor the Greek seem to carry these. All I've been able to find is OEM for like $70.00 plus shipping (Bailey's) or I did find a Golf ($25.00)but not really taken with Golf...
