    Liability Issues with Tree Service!!??

I think your wrong. if someone or some business claims to have insurance (which they prolly did lie and say they had it) then you and the other HO can't be held liable. I have tried telling people I work for to watch out for uninsured services, that they would be held liable in the event of an...

WOW, Your almost done. can't be too much more to do. maybe pull the oil pump make sure it spins good and check the spring on the worm gear for the oiler. make sure the end is still there and isn't worn down too much.

of course they should. Customers think they are getting a estimate apples to apples and its not even close. Not only do they not pay all the fees, but they ususally don't have the knowledge that goes with a proffessional company.

Keeping the peace with a brother in law

I would go to the saw dealer and help him buy a nice saw and then I would strait gas it "on accident" so he would know what its like to spend his money on something and then lose it, (or at least kill it) actually wouldn't do it, but I like the idea anyway!!

I don't know what the "DCA" is. the bill has passed in the senate, it is not voluntary, it will take several years to put in place and who knows if and when they will actually police the new license. the DEP will establish "THE NEW JERSEY BOARD OF TREE EXPERTS" GET YOUR CHECKBOOK OUT and...

thank you for the compliment. I am signed for the prep course, but I'm afraid ur right, little to no policing of the law. they are looking to complete the licensing within 3 years if I am correct. so take your time, educate yourself and don't expect much more than some knowledge about trees and...
