You are 100% correct the 181-143-210 14,500 rpm coil for the 5105SC was discontinued January of 2019. I guess that is a gray area since the last Dolmar PS-5105SC rolled off the production line February 28th 2010 and EPA was bearing down on them.

Was using Motul 800 2T and Maxima K2 both were producing to much carbon so I switched to Yamalube 2R all of them at 32 to 1 Running Dolmar PS-5105SC and Husqvarna 346XP at 14,500 rpm's and no scored P&C's in 15 years.

That 5100 non cat muffler 181-174-201 reduces the engine temp about 15 degrees. I did a muffler mod a while back. I cut 2 gills just above the crimped ridges right above the two mounting holes to let her breathe better and to tell you the truth there is not much inside as far as baffles go.

Just make sure that you are using a good full synthetic oil and I still like 32 to 1 and please stay off my derriere if you are a 50 to 1 guy.
