In regards to the bucket being on site:
Fully extended from its place in the driveway it wasn't able to get to the limbs in the sycamore that was closest to it. Were we able to use the bucket for them, of course that would have been preferred. You guys are so easy to spark up. That's what I...
We are not hacks by any means. A large part of that tree was being pruned out. The spikes only penetrated the lead that was being removed. The beauty of the wraptor. Don't judge before getting all of the facts my friends.
I know there were some critics to the introduction of the Wraptor into an arborists arsenal of tools. However, watch this video and see how it can vastly increase production. 85' Vertical ascent into a massive Sycamore. We had to prune 5 of these and all of them are about 100+ feet tall. Major...
Husqvarna 281,288,372,385 running strong. Stihl 044,046,066. I am looking for a 70-90cc saw. If anyone has something good they are willing to part with please let me know. I am in dire need.
Tony
I am currently bidding on a Husqvarna 281 and would like to know if anyone can tell me the year of production based on the serial number. None of the "decoders" seem to work. Here is what I have from the info plate on the saw.

Hey All,
It's Tony from way back when...lol. I have been out of the tree biz for about 5 years. As of 7:00am tomorrow, I am back in. It's funny how climbing trees can bring you back. Just wanted to say hey, and that I will be seeing you all on here, business as usual. Talk to you soon...
I ran a tank through it today. Absolute animal. I've owned 200Ts and a 338XP. This is on par with the 338 and there's nothing wrong with that, and at a $100.00 cheaper for a better looking saw. Definately reccommend. GO GET IT!!!
Tony
aint that the truth....a few subtle cosmetic differences on the jreds that make them look so much sweeter than the comparable huskys. the starter cover is by far the most noticeable.

I ran them for the past few years with my boss up in Connecticut. Rock solid saws, and down right mean. As most of you know I was in the market for a new saw to take up in the tree. I finally decided on the Jonsered 2139T. I used to run a 338XPT and loved it. This should be a hoot. Before...
Am I insane for wanting to climb with that saw? My old boss told me i was insane for putting a 16" bar on my ms440 with the dawgs from a 66. I've been out of the game for 3 years as far as a full time basis. Sold all the saws like a major idiot. If not the 346 than I'm probably going with...
Yes i've used a chainsaw. I was a climber/pruner at central park for a year. I just never really took on apart beyond changing a chain, adjusting the chain or cleaning the air filter. I just don't recall many silver surfaces on a husqvarna. So you're saying under the side cover where the rim...
do you know an estimated price for the 2153?? southwest trading has the 2152 for 409.95. so i'm assuming the 2153 cost more. this may sound like a newb question...but where is the clutch cover on a 346?? So there should be a purge bulb, and silver clutch cover versus an orange one if it's a...
i think that 346 was modded in that video. all the same though...making me like it more. how about that solo 637. my local dealer has the solo on sale for 309 with a 14" bar. the 346xp with a 16" bar 479.95. what do you think??
