No it’s not pressured. Crow I’ve checked everything mechanically I could.The pop off valve is on the hot water heat for domestic water. Showers etc. I always keep gas hot water heater on pilot during winter .

Before I buy new aqua stat. Trying to diagnose problem. So pop off is dripping water . I can tap gently and stops. Soon as I open ash door or stove it starts dripping again. I thought aqua stat may be bad letting over heat. I turned down to 145 which with small house still heats fine. Still...

I had al -pex go bad after 3 years myself. Had it crack and sep thru on 3 different bends .2 cracks on hot water one on cold .So I ruled out heat. Could not find transaction online to save my ass.Bought all new pex never looked back.

Ok so against my opinion. Buddy installed box store pex. His owb pump runs 24/7. Thoughts on overheating this pex ??Thanks

Ok I bought a used tank on EBay. It's a good one doesn't leak. I didn't notice the difference in on off kill switch being different . Even though I'm not using that part of it. Is the tank and frame the same as mine? Here is a couple pics. First is my saw. Second is other tank frame I bought.

Yes have an OWB. I try and cut most 23" give me a little play with splitter. I managed to get all but 3 rounds of trunk on first load. Going back today for another load .Finish up the other one next weekend
