    Crank Seal failure

    Piston in backwards? how about the impulse line in to the cylinder (not sure if this model has one) ? muffler crushed in? If the bearings are "good" some where your getting not enough escape of pressure where it is supposed to be. I have worked on a few k750-760 tricky little buggers.

    Daydreaming about a 90cc class saw

    I have a stock 395 and every time I use it, I smile as it just falls through the big stuff. Yes its heavy, but I don't know many 7hp machines that are super light and rugged. I can't speak for the ms660/1, it would fit your herd well.

    Thanks sunfish husqs' site used to make mention if it had the eco bar oiler (when the chain spins) in the specs. I could not find it anyware.

    i might, might, adjust the low and the idol with out the bar and chain on.

    Anyone willing to hook one of these to your chainsaw?

    If you like it and you find it helpful, stick with it. I used to use the bar when I got started. I was cutting 100 plus cords a year, by the end of the first year I could eye it almost perfect. Doing it for production work is way different then home work.
