if were me id get the makita. i run all husky pro saws. not sure one the stihl and echo and husky model not sure if they are pro. but the makita is a great saw. if you ever find your self needing a larger saw you can put the 7900 top end in it. what size saw is your limbing saw???? and what is it

just got back from rental center they carry the 22ton iron oak. me and a guy down the street are going to rent it in a few weeks. 70 bucks to rent it 35 bucks each. cant wait to try it out.

nice splitter what were your other options and why did you choose that one.??? looks great putting it to good use. wish i had a splitter but i have other things i have to get first.

i baught my 390 off the interent from a big chainsaw/logging company kind of like baileys. not sure if i can say where. but for PHO it was about 300 bucks cheaper then any place i called. so i figured the money i saved i sent it to treeslingr to work his magic

and wear all your ppe forsure. be careful.

looks real good how you liken it. was thinking about getting a huskee but short on funds right now. might save for a timberwolf or superspliter. the piles of wood look nice.. do they get tippy at that height

your right good chain but have a lot of cleaning up to do the first time. mine always had a nasty hump between cutter and racker. dont know the formal words but you should understand.

echo i baught one a year ago its nice. i was able to get a great deal at the local home center. get a straight shaft. also i wanted a Tanaka. probably the best weed wip ever made. used it working at a school district for 4 years. but 2 to 3 times more then the echo.
