Watching the video I noticed your not setting the fast idle cam, common starting problem, when warm pull choke out and push back in this will set a fast idle and saw will start.
One of the hardest things to find in a situation like this is a crankshaft problem, I.E. your flywheel side of crankshaft has moved on the pin, or the big end bearing surface, uncommon but it does happen. Jon
Stop throwing parts at the saw, and start with a compression test. A saw will run with a bad air leek, not correctly but it will run. Remember the three componants compression, spark,and fuel, you mingh also check the impulse line. Jon
The 166 ignition is a week point of that saw, keep up your search for a used one, but I do beleve there is an expensive conversion to a new stile ignition. Check with Hatch Chevrolet in Snowflake Az. Good luck Jon
