Well I have finally got done grilling and back to the 550, I have pressured up the case and found the clutch side seal leaking. Does anyone have a lead on one of these? I can't find one anywhere even on the SKF seal site I can't find a seal that matches these dimensions, help would be appreciated.

It works good for me but I have not tried any other splitting wedge, but I have also had it for 5 or 6 years and use it often in big stuff.

    Is a Shindaiwa 695 a wise choice?

A 757 would be a good saw and you can still get parts for it and you can still find them around more readily.

Was this made to replace the 488? My local dealer never had one.

    Is a Shindaiwa 695 a wise choice?

I have one but I don't remember where I got it but I have been waiting for some parts for it. When I got it the piston was burned up but the cylinder was good so after it set for a year and I couldn't get a piston I took the old piston and sanded it down and cleaned it up and put some good 695...
