Not sure it's cracked/ broken and all tensioner parts are missing.

Stihl and Jonsered both run well. Partner starts and idles well but breaks up on top.

That's what I don't understand. Light on oil? Saw is in super shape. I doubt it had 50 hours on it.

Nothing in bottom end. Bearings are good. Looks to be quite a low hour saw.

Well I went to tune the saw and it would run out of fuel. Take top off saw runs well. I found I routed the fuel line wrong ( I didn't disassemble saw, dealer did) and it was getting pinched by cover. Routed fuel line properly and it runs. Tuned saw and cut a 18" spruce that had fallen in the...

One inch is 25.4 mm. So acceptable is .04mm to .1mm I had .25mm to .53mm depending where I took the measurements.

I just got a cs2166 in a box. Piston broke. Clearance was .010 - .021 Guys on here told me .0015 to .004

cs 2166, fixed, new cross top end. C's 2150. Issues unknown. Been sitting a long time.
