    Grenade!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Warning, GRAPHIC content!!!

Looks to me like the left side transfer snagged a ring on the way down and ripped the top of the piston off above the ring land shattering the brittle ring allowing the broken ring end to expand into the intake port causing the damage to skirt on the intake side. Skirt probably didn't happen all...

VERY ANGY. NOT HAPPY (string trimmers)

Probably marked around $245.00-$255.00 on the hangtag, you should be able to get one for around $230.00-$235.00 without to much hassle. I use a tri-blade on mine for the ditch work out front... its an absolute weapon in that configuration/use.

VERY ANGY. NOT HAPPY (string trimmers)

Because a lot of folks trim with their trimmer on its side or even upside down and a four mix will run indefinitely in any position while a 4-stroke with a sump and a pump will eventually run out of oil in one position or another.

VERY ANGY. NOT HAPPY (string trimmers)

If you're gonna run down a competitors product at least have the decency to get the facts straight. Because it is a true overhead valve 4 stroke engine.

VERY ANGY. NOT HAPPY (string trimmers)

I've run/fixed/sold more than a few trimmers and I'd say Lightweight trimming around the house (i.e. trimming around the mailbox, along the sidewalk, down the drive, and around the trees… what most folks need a trimmer for) hands down the Dolmar MS-22c. If you need a little more "umph" in...
