A project saw hurts my hand when starting due to the pull rope usually stopping mid-pull at various lengths, and otherwise engaging poorly. The pawls look ok. the springs are hooked on and they move freely. I can't get a decent pull on it making it hard to start. 015L. Anyone with an idea?
If anyone knows what a Protimeter is, how would the non-invasive function be as a moisture meter?

Thanks, all. I don't have any history on this saw--it looks pretty beat, judging from the externals. I just wanted to rebuild something and there it was. It's going to be a winter project and I'll make a parts order off the site somewhere.
Late night, can't sleep. So I saw in infomercial for this:

Good Ambien purchase?
Mine pics are still crappy due to the effort, but, even the iPhone has spot metering and AE/focus hold--just touch the part you want to see best on the screen and quickly move the phone forward or backward until the piece is focused the way you want.
