Bought a Stihl 280 yesterday after work
280sthil i have a ms280 stilh with 325 rs chisel chain run great after muffler mod has good power you will like this sar has 3.75hp -

Oil Mix i use mobil racing 2t in all my saws and in string trimmer, good mix, don't get dino smell :) -

Hearing protection
hearing head hearing protectors i feel you get the most protection from high reving saws blocks out alot, if using saw with modify muffler you will need the extra protection -

poulan counter vibe 3400 Quality???
poulan 3400 had one new about 1982 or so, had lot of chain speed but i thought had little tork or low in grunt ,maybe just me -

oil mix i use mobil mx2t symthetic and 93 octane i have also have noticed you don"t get the dino smell on your clothes using syntheics -
