    slack tending pulleys for lanyard?

The Notch small tending pulley looks like a good design. I have used the small CMI pulley for many years and had zero issues. Very light, compact, and economical. I just incorporated the DMM Pinto on my lanyard which I like. On the other hand it is a little big. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

    slack tending pulleys for lanyard?

If the Petzl Zillion is as smooth as the Zigzag I would get the Zillion. If it’s in your budget get both! Just got the Zigzag and love it. Tending is effortless with zero sit back. Tends itself when it has enough line under it Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

    What's your favorite throw line?

I find Dyna Glide a little too soft and flexible. Zing It I think 2.2 I would have to say I prefer over Dyna Glide.

    "Nattering Nabobs of Negativism"

Good thread Pdqdl! I think some here can be pretty harsh at times as well. My first post came across as myself being a hack and felt pretty awkward but there were the members here who were helpful and straight forward as well. I chose to listen to the positive and consider the negative comments...

    Where to start arbor career...

Check your state's agricultural website for classes. ISA (International Society of Arboriculture) and TCIA (Tree Care Industry of ? America I think) are the two big ones. Find your local ISA chapter to find out about classes near your area. ACRT is another company that teaches Arborist. And/or...

Best all around rigging rope.. READY GO!

For light rigging I think 1/2" Arborplex is the way to go for light rigging. The price cant be beat, light weight, strong, and the somewhat dynamic property is a plus. Runs good through natural or false crotch. Bailey's has it on sale for $59.99 for 120' i believe!

    Price check

$500 is a fair price to drop the tops. If you have more confidence in another company for a little more then go for it. Looks pretty simple overall for a qualified Arborist.

I guess by doing this it will allow the water to exit when air can be pulled in. Thanks brother!
