    I have used jb weld to fix those also. While preasure checking the carb put it uder water or in solvant and you will see were the leak is if its around the inlet. Good luck.

    The carbs on the new auto tunes are pricey but I did find a carb kit the other day. Sorry i cant remember the number but the price was under $15. I did not need one but i was thinking about the price like lots of other guys.

    I just did a mm on 445 and now i would like to try one on my 555 and 562xp. The only way i see this is going to happen is to cut the unit in half then re-weld. Is this correct? Please help and any pics are very appreciated. Thanks

    Yes thats what I'm talking about. I tied that first it seems to work ok but the grease seemed to run down into the intake and the small particles that made it through just made a big mess. The oring seemed to work out a lot better.

    You can go to oregonchain.com and they will tell you what system fits your saws. They will only give you an oregon number. If you look up both saws that will tell you if they are the same number. You will need saw numbers, and chain size. Good luck!
