well, i did my first job with it today and despite my concerns about it , everything works just as it should !!! it will be getting a new paint job next week when i can spend some time in the shop to sandblast it and do some tlc things to it, im putting all new hydraulic hoses on it now too...

if you do your shopping you can find a good deal , i just picked up my 12" morbark for 4800 and it is mint , just needs a quick paint job. i tow it with my 1 ton chevy dump just fine, i dont know what the curb weight is either but its gotta be around 5k or so maybe more like 6k... but i chip 4...

i bought it! well i managed to buy yet another piece of equipment, he wanted 5k for it so i offered 4500 and we settled on 4800$ ill post some pics when i get it home nextweek, its enclosed with lots of wood around it plust the snow is a royal PITA

that canvas is awesome, i use it for my leaf vacuum box and it really does withstad some abuse, but wow i would have thought chips would eventually wear it out, but i guess dont aim the discharge too high and all will be ok BTW real nice rig you have there too!

ya, the vent was the first thing i checked was a little clogged but still runs like $hit as i said before it only does it when hot...so i think its the coil
