066 not getting gas -> cylinder, won't start

All this struggle and my issue was simply that the Cylinder wasn't bolted to the crankcase fully.

Jeez I feel dumb, thanks for all the replies guys.

I completely overlooked it, reason being the guy I got it from said he had a small engine repair shop rebuild the front end.
