075 mod?

    It seems to me someone mentioned a mod to the 075,but I can't seem to find it now something about blocking off a govorner shaft or something?More info on this would really be great. Thanks -Kevlar

    If it has a govenor .. Likely would be about taking the brass gov valve out of the carb, puting a blob of solder on the end, and screwing it back in... Then the carb won't dump rich mixture at 11k or so..

    So it is not a mechanical governor,strictly carburation?

    The concrete cut-off versions are governed by the carb. I've never seen a mechanical or ignition gov on an 075..
