Just posted on Vancouver Craigslist. Says never used. $1800 Canadian. Sounds a bit steep to me, but I hear this is a rare and great saw. What do you all think?

If it's brand new, that's a fair price. The last brand new non-AV 090 went for $2300USD on e-bay, and there was a mint 090AV in December that went for $2500USD.

Thats about $1400 US. Not too shabby considering rarity and condition. Now where did I bury that money?

Great saw but that is a lot of cabbage for a museum piece. If you started using it it will probably still hold its value, but they are a bear to carry around. I have the 090g model that I start once in a while just for fun, but as a daily user it sits in the garage.

No thanks, I still like to play with it. :) I guess my point was they are great saws, but as for being functional and working on a day to day I grab the 084 first if I need to cut something that big.

He bribed everyone on the 'beg for rep thread'. I think he tried to sleep with them first but no one would have it.

If I did then she would be on the "wrong side of the wire", so to speak.

It was them who wanted to sleep with me! They gave me the rep as bribes!

Good point! 3 090G's, now that would be a sight and a sound to behold!
