My meteor cylinder kit came in and it looks good. I think the ports are chamfered pretty good. The upper transfers look a little goofy. What do you guys think.

Maybe its just my screen, but it doesn't look like much if any chamfer on the upper transfers, and ex. port?

How hard is it to cut more chamfer? Can I check it out by seeing how well the piston and rings slide in it

You don't necessarily need a right angle attachment if you have a dremel. Just use angled stones. one on the right for the bottom edge, and left for the top. You can also dress these on a bench grinder, and put any angle on them you like.
