Anybody know what kind of wood this is?

Thanks for replying and I'll try to get some new pictures today. Here is another picture I took yesterday with a couple leaves and nuts I found at the tree. This is a heavily wooded area so trees are close together.16387252_10212064706443132_1788178350940914949_n.jpeg
 
The bark looks like the tree on the right, but these two trees hang over the tree in question. Thanks for all your help...Just curious with about dozen other people now on Facebook. I told them I would have to go to the experts on this and they are as curious as me.
 
The nuts are hickory but the wood looks like
Walnut. The standing tree on the left looks like what we call a "scaley bark" hickory in the south aka shag bark. Might be where the nuts came from. I don't believe it to be hickory because it doesn't split clean like what is in the photo. I vote walnut.
