My run didn't start all that long ago, first one was a Stihl 017 from last spring. Non-runner given to me, and I got it working. I've learned a lot on that saw. It's a quick little bugger after some mods too.
Anyone remember there first chainsaw ?

first saw i ever ran was a Sthil, I dont remember the size, I was about 6 or 7 yrs old and the saw was bigger than I was. Over the years I have ran Stihls. Homelite xl's, Mac 10-10's and Pioneers. First saw I bought was a L65. Still have it, in a bucket in the basement. Victim of a house fire, one day I will put it back together. Since buying the l65 back in the 80's, I have only owned Husky saws. I love my little 55's for firewood and the 365 cuts all the big timber I need to cut. Got my eyes open for a 372 and would really like a 395 for a milling saw.
