hey all, found an old "atom computer ignition" module sitting in my toolbox ive had about 8 years.. i dont have the instructions anymore.. would like to try it on my Mcculloch SP125C. do these things really work? btw the module i have is Blue and has one blue wire and one white. thats all i know about it. no clue how they work.. i can understand points.. they open and close.. and go bad quite often (my bad luck :)

atom

Blue, not sure if it will work. Only used brown and orange. BUT, nothing ventured, nothing gained.
One wire to ground, one wire to coil and switch. Make sure points and condensor are disconnected.
If it does not seem to rev, switch wires.

well i just got word from Atom, the blue module is incorrect, i need the brown one.. didnt cost me a thing so nothing is hurt.
