Atop file guide question

Hey Guys,

Can you use other chisel bit files with the atop unit or just the vallorbe supplied? I called baileys and they didntreally seem to know.

You can but it will change the file height and angle since the double bevels are a little thicker.

Does it by chance give you a better angle for say racing? This is primarily why I want this

Crap! Do you have one? Are you happy with the way it works? I've been speaking with baileys trying to get the race rollers with it as well and not having much luck.

I don't but a few people tried them out when they came out. For racing hand filed is the winner.

The angles are rather aggressive using the Atop as it comes from Bailey's.

If you want even more aggressive angles, Just wrap some electrical tape around the rollers.
