Finally figured out how to post pics, so I thought I'd share a few from a redgum I did earlier in the year.
Tree had fallen over in a big storm on a local farm

Wood looks really nice - I love that colour.

I don't know how you can continually mill on your knees with your arms spread apart and your face so close to the exhaust like that.
A couple of extra handles and a remote throttle - even just a cable tie, will allow you to at least stand up to the mill.
 
That's huge stem your working on there! The inside looks great. You're going to need a few projects for that stuff. When you put a finish on some of it I hope you share it with us.

That's some slab right there...thanks for sharing!! Really great grain too, table tops from near the center of that choice log will be really really special ...enjoy em!
