Got a FS 250 from the wife for my birthday a couple weeks back. Scraped together enough dollars to also go out and get the BR 600.:clap::clap::clap: (been saving my nickles and dimes for a couple years)

My wife is pleased. All the weeds are gone and the yard is spotless. Life is good.

Are you saying the BR600 blew the weeds right out of the ground?

Seriously, I have a BR550 and I can't tell you how pleased I am with it. Great blowers.

Glad you like yours. My friend has the 550 and recommended it to me. Got the 600 for about $50 more. Fgured it was a good deal. Man, it makes quick work of leaves. Even moves gravel around!

I bought mine a few weeks ago too.

I was impressed when it plucked all the crab apples and ice crusted snow right off the lawn.

Careful though, you could end up with dog doo in the eye. I used mine to clear the back yard of the doggy toys and debris. There's not much it won't blow away..

    Lake,

Thanks for the advice. My dealer said the same thing. I picked up some ultra to go along with the purchase. I hear it will keep me from having problems with the valves. Gotta say that the four-mix engine sure does purr. Lots of torque and it seems to sip the gas. Not too loud either.

Good call. I wear my Stihl helmet (screen visor and muffs) when I use it. Probably make the neighbors think I'm nuts but sure do like to hear and see.

I'd run the ultra in mine but nobody sells it around here. I use the stihl oil in the little orange bottles. I ahve had mine for 3 years without an issue. If I ever come across ultra, I will pick it up.
