California Workmans Comp Insurance

I have an opportunity to take my New Caterpillar 259D, dump trailer, chipper truck and chipper to California. My problem is getting the workmans comp insurance for California. I've been searching for two months but no luck, due to the fact no one wants to write new policys in California for tree cutters.....I can only get California State Run insurance, and I have to get a California Contractors Licence which takes 6 months!

Any ideas?!!!!!! HELP!
