A family member is about three weeks post a similar op. Good and bad days trying to adjust to the new normal and learn what they can and can't do with their altered body. I wish you all the best in the recovery, the adjustments, and the future ops.

Hey Brad get well soon. Hang in there. I only have 40% of my Large Intestine left. I was lucky. Whatever your new "arrangement", you will get used to it pretty quick and be back doing what you want to do! It will just become your new "Normal"! Rest up and get healed up. Pretty amazing how quick they want you up and walking around. Best wishes for a speedy recovery!
