You are right about the different MS361s - the cylinder and the muffler is different.

Btw, my 2006 372xpg was stolen at the same occasion as the 361, as were a lot of other items. It was a break-in at the cabin//cottage.

Actually , there should be a pair. It's the male who originally determines the nesting local.
He sports a beautiful dark purple coat. male martin.jpg

The female , in her two-tone dress gets picky about all the particulars of exactly where the nest will be, then they both begin setting up housekeeping. Once she goes to setting, the male will sometimes bring meals to her, or incubate the eggs while she goes out for dinner. But when the babies (4) arrive, they both bring in the bacon all day long, one after another.

Good morning Brett. Yep they have hog hunting contest around here all the time:yes:. Don't know if you can shoot enough of them to control them:nofunny:. State of Texas was going to try a poisoning program but a judge put it on hold last month. One positive is that there's plenty of fresh pork around if the SHTF:barbecue:. Well have a great day buddy and play safe.:givebeer:

Good Evening Todd. Another run to the dump for the neighbor friend that is moving. Mowing and yard work at my daughter's. Daughter's boyfriend has gotten a lot of wood dropped at his woodlot by tree companies. He is freaking out as he has no time to cut. So this weekend I will be cutting.

If they can find mud close by, which is exactly what mine do, they'll build up a child-proof doorway. Although they think it's beautiful, I have to clean it all up once they vacate the premises. IMG_2195 (2).JPG

The kids are curious about the outside world at first, but soon they'll be on the porch daring each other to take their first leap into a world of aeronautical acrobatics. In the meantime , Mom n Dad have a time trying to keep the bathroom cleaned, as U can tell by the looks of the front door.

    That's what I was thinking.
    That's a bummer.
I feel for you, I had everything I owned stolen from me except the entertainment center that I now use for wood storage. I have kept it ever since as a kind of reminder that it's all as my signature says, "lots of stuff made of metal and plastic". I was pretty bummed when the 2153 was stolen and I still am to a certain extent, but I need to always remember that it could all be taken/stolen again, and that I can't take it with me when I die. It helps me to have a proper perspective of life :).

That's what I read about them this week, but so far I have not seen the male :(.
Hopefully we will see him soon.

The female is using mud to build the nest and had dumped a good amount on the header in between each rafter looking for just the right spot. I plan to clean that up as soon as they are all gone, but not sure if I need to leave a little to encourage them to come back?
I have a hard time keeping the bathroom clean too:lol:.

    Good morning Cole.
You were right, I was walking over it LOL.
The reason I didn't see it was I was focused more on looking for the bar than the saw.
I did find the bar too LOL.
