Good idea on the table. Want to move the new 461 & 365

She's 61 this year & it will be her 3rd 5K. Problem is she hasn't trained much this year like in the past

    Nice piece of recovery driving

Hope @Sagetown doesn't have to repair that fenceline ;)

That's a lot of runners, must be a very well-known organized event. Night time, too. that's different.

Good thing about most of those 5K events is you can walk/run as needed and take at your own pace. So it should go OK. But she might have some aches and pains for the next few, and guess who's on deck ? .... ;) Get out your massage/soigneur mitts!!!

5K race starts at 7:30pm & winds around the U of I campus, ending with a mile around the outdoor track I believe, so all lit very well

For sure, have to make the most of those type of opportunities .
I sold my MMWS 461, still have the 365, but I have a possible buyer, just need to contact him. The porters like to get their hands on those:chainsaw:.

The technical name for them is Nylock nuts and if the bolts are long enough so the nuts go down well past the end of the bolt, then they normally hold pretty good. But in a situation where there is that much vibration going on I would much prefer lock washers. Jmo

I feel sorry for your loss as well - replacing loved items (with memories connected to them) by new ones isn't quite the same. Also, insurance doesn't really cover the loss when things are in really good shape for their age (and/or upgraded) - at least not here.

Good morning all, 48° and raining. Animals are fed and watered, humans hacking up a lung or two (wifey only), Dr. app for this afternoon for her. Got some yard work and tree work done yesterday. A dying maple tree has some limbs that need to come down but they are too close to the power lines so I'll just do the off side and let the power company do the rest when it starts to fall apart. I've called and notified them of the situation but they only half listen. Oh well. Dragged some logs in front of my milling table for next week's milling time or is that Miller time ?? Either way we'll be busy outside according to the weather reporters. I've got some cutting to do today if it ever stops raining. Right now it's kind of heavy. Think I'll wait. Play safe out there.

Fingers crossed Karla ... soggy enough already. Dog didn't get her before-work walk, either.

Not much mostly errands and taking the dogs out back to the lake. Too wet for anything else.
