Sold Husqvarna 2100? Chain Brake Handle

Bought this with a bunch of other parts, was told it was for a Husqvarna 2100?

In new condition. No need for this since I am a Stihl guy

I can't find a part number? Maybe someone could chime in and make sure that I am not totally mis-informed.

Make me an offer I can't refuse.

Looks more like an early 181/281/288 but it sure could also be a 2100. The 2100 I remember was kind of flat on the bottom where it attached to the cover.

A late 2100CD or 298/2101XP would have this style of CB lever. The earlier 2100CD chainbrakes had a folded metal bracket that attached to the top of the cover. The CB lever pivoted inside that bracket (rather than pivoting on an extension cast into the top of the cover). I'm guessing that this is the style that Rupedoggy is thinking of.
