I recently bought a,asplundh chipper and the guy I bought it from said I may not be able to get it registered registered because he said bought it from his fOrman at asplundh and he said that the chipper sat in the yard as a,parts chipper and the formanew was told by asplundh to take it to the junk yard and instead of doing that he sold it to the guy I bought it from. So I just need some info on if it is considered stolen or not and if I can maybe some how get it registered and I live in Texas by the way
