Found this today while in my pool. I almost killed it until I saw the green. Allegedly they haven't hit here yet so I don't have much experience with them. I googled pics and it's really close. It's just not as brilliant green as the pics.

Keep it in a bottle and contact your local Ag office. Let them see it and go from there.
 
Doesn't look like it to me. They are usually skinnier, and greener. Also the picture shows somewhat transparent wings and that's not quite what they look like on eab.

Yeah...the wings don't look right in the second picture.

Having said that, if the map shows an infestation within 50 miles of you, I'd bet it is in your neighborhood.
