JD 548E hydraulic problem

I need some input as I'm having trouble w my skidder. I have bought a new hydraulic pump and reconditioned the control valve, pump is staying in stroke overheating hydraulics! No leaks! Any input appreciated!

Have you set the stroke limiter and checked the output pressure?

It's around 3100 psi at the control valve at low idle. However I'm not sure how to set the stroke limiter?

Each pump is different, do you have a manual?
