First post...
The last storm to blow through the greater NY area caused a few of my cyprus bushes to lean over at about the 2 o'clock
angle. As best as I can tell the roots are still in ground but covered with snow.
What is best course of action?
Wait until spring ... or dig the back side out, upright and stake off a soon as the ground is soft enough?

Or other...?

Thanks

Vinny

How big is it? Has it been sheared into a hedge in the past?
Is the whole tree leaning from the ground or is the trunk (or some of the trunks) bending.
Do you have room behind it to install guylines?

Leylands are one of my least favourite trees, so I won't give comment on whether to keep or remove.

Pics would help.

The trees are about 14 feet tall.
Never been trimmed, in a classic christmas tree shape
Ground heave whole tree not just the trunk
Some room behind to place stakes at a 45degree angle and place guy wires.
Planted about 4 years ago all trees are very healthy looking.
