Lots of wood, just need the time

The new owner of some property I sold just logged 40 acres behind our house. He said I'm allowed to cut on all of the wood he has piled up waiting for a chipper.
Lots of Alder with Fir, Cedar, and Maple mixed in. Some of it is big enough to use the big saw. So far just cutting with a Shindaiwa 577 and a 20" bar.

I'm like a kid in a candy store. It all looks good but now I've just got to find the time to get after it.

Where at in Oregon are you located. If close enough, id be happy to throw some saws I the rig and give you a hand

I'm up in NW corner. I'm not sure the owner would appreciate me having somebody else on his place.

Oh, no problem. Sounds like it would be a pretty good trek for me anyway. I'm in coos bay.

That would be quite the trip.
Just a coincidence but a few of the locals moved from here to work in Coos Bay after the lumber mill closed here in the early 1960's.
