Well guys i kinda unwound yeasterday after doing the black friday thing last friday and going back and forth to the hospital with the girlfriend since saturday.her dad had a massive stroke saturday morning after i had left her house.luckily the good guy up above was looking over Dan.he decided to go to town and talk to his friends in the parking lot at the grocery store.his buddy noticed that he suddenly got quiet and was looking confused.so he called 911.the rescue squad building was only down the road and the hospital was less than 2 miles away.the med flighted him to Johnson city and finally got him into surgery just after we arrived.the doctor talked to us and said that he had a clot over 1" moving into his brain on the left side.doctor gave a 15% chance of survival.they did suck out the clot and install a couple of stints.
Fast forward to yesterday.physical therapy had him setting up and he is starting to talk a little.somewhat slow right now but talking.apparently it hasn't affected the use of his arm or leg.
If this had happened at home Dan probably wouldnt have been with us.can't wait until he gets back home so we can set on the couch, drink coffee and talk firewood.:D

Last night i decided to get back to work on the 044 i'm building for a fellow.thanks to @Definitive Dave for the parts.;)
