Need a muffler mod for ms 261 cm

Hello guys can anyone show pics or tell me how to muffler mod my new ms 261 cm? It's m tronic version carb I can't wait to get it into some wood I already switched chain over to 3/8 .050 instead of the .325 it came with

not the most travelled forum here even if more appropriate placing of thread.
try the chainsaw forum and a good search as generally builders do put up quite a few pictures of their mods

might have seen louvers on the side or front. otherwise increase the hole to fill guard, be cqarefull to keep a amount of back pressure though.
search and read up as thats just from skim reading many a time here (try a advanced search )

Read through this thread. The saws are essentially the same. Mod is done the same way for both.

the .325 rapid super cut chain is faster then 3/8 .50 chain / stihl did the test / i run .325 chain on all my pro saws from 064 down to 026 / i put a picco pro chain on my 026 pro it cut fast
