That's a Sachs-Dolmar 103 / 105 / 108 muffler!

It mounts underneath the horizontal cylinder and blows the exhaust out the clutch cover side.

That should be part number 389 245 241

The OP has a 389 245 240 listed, possibly an older part number?!

I can't confirm that it has been changed. I know this spring fits the 103, 105 and 108. I have a picture of it, let me know what you think.

I think it will work, let me know how much you want for it. Also if you can tell what other parts are for 105's , let me know what they are and how much. With the right parts I may have possibilities as far as making another runner with what I have. Actually I mailed 1 of those springs to another member long time ago, he was supposed to use it for a pattern to get some fabricated then send it back with extras, never got any back.

I know the majority of these parts are for 103, 105 and 108's. I can't tell you right off hand exactly which ones but I may be able to with a little leg work.
do you have specific parts you need? I can look them up if so.

What is the price on the oiler spring and an air filter for the 105 ?
If the ring is for the 105 and cylinder base gasket, AV mounts, crankcase seals I'd be interested in possibly. May be a clutch drum for rim sprockets or a .325 spur hub ? I don't have time to go through it all now to know all I might need. These saws aren't worth a lot of money so unless can get enough parts with out getting big bucks in them I might bring another 1 or 2 back to life.

This here is what I was asking for. That part on ebay might be a good part to have around as long as I am running 1 of those models.
