What is your favorite combination?

For me it's a thin omelett stuffed with fried corned beef hash, fried onions, and cheddar cheese. Fold it over and top with white queso sauce.

Bacon or Ham, cheese and hash browns. Topped with Hollandaise.
Asparagus and Crab ain't bad either.

Crab with onion, black and green olives and melted mozzarella and feta cheese is a winner for sure!

Onions, green peppers chopped small, ham, shredded cheese, slight sprinkle of red pepper, salt and pepper. ( crab in place of ham if avaliable ) Fried potatos and toast on the side with glass of buttermilk.

Crumbled bacon, minced Jalapeño, and smokey sharp cheddar. Eggs should be room temp with a couple dashes of Tobasco before you whisk. Top with some fresh minced chives. Salsa or pico de gallo optional.

We went to ocean city maryland 16 years ago and I had the best omlet I ever had. It was a crab and asparagus omelett. " WOW IT WAS GOOD"

Didn't have time to do the seafood one but mushrooms, onions, green and red pepper with cheddar was awesome. My new griddle really does the eggs nicely.

Sauteed spinach with Italian cheese blend is phenomenal.

Tomorrow I'm making cheese steak omelette with marinated strip steak, cheddar, and salsa.
