Thinking its time to do this for my self, and was doing a little investigating was wondering who you Ontario arborists are using for an insurance company and if its not to much to ask what kind of rates you guys are paying. Still in the very early stages of a business plan

thanks guys

stay safe

Hi, I use Co-operator's Insurance Co. and liability for the year is under $1,000.
Good luck.

I use "Treesure" through Sinclair-Cockburn Insurance: http://www.scfg.ca/

Rates will be dependent on your annual sales (estimated) how much liability, deductible and also how much equipment you are insuring.

If your are giving opinions on customers tree, be sure and protect yourself with "errors and omissions" rider in your policy.

If you need specifics on my dealings or policy, give me a pm.

I'm with Squad143 use the same company. The old treesure was taken over by Sinclair-Cockburn and the rates went up slightly, but alright to deal with so far, been using them for 5 years.;)

Hi Guys,

I am just looking for insurance as well in Ontario. I am quite new to the business with only about 1 year of experience. Anybody knows an insurance company with good rates?

Arborguard in Toronto. I deal with everything via phone and email. It's about $100 a month for $1,000,000 and I'm a very small part time company
