Want to Buy Or Trade for Stihl 090G muffler

I know they are rare, but I need a nice one for a custom restoration and porting project 090G.
Willing to pay fairly and strongly for a really nice example, finish unimportant as it will get hi temp powdercoating.

Not what you asked for I know, but the 090G muffler is quite simple in design, a good sheet metal man could copy one, no problem.

I may end up with some kind of fabricated doolybobber on there until I find a real 090G muffler but we are a ways off from being finished so I am trying to get my ducks in a row.

sorry i am not a sheet metal man. but if i was to get one i could look into getting one ( or many) cut and folded. i could weld or braze it up. never say no!

Now before anyone chimes in and says.....'That's not new'....It is!.. It would appear the flux in the brazing has reacted with the paint and caused it to flake at some stage.
And the lack of smooth finish (rippled, dented appearance) is how Stihl or their contractor made them.

Vince, I'm thinking these would have originally been hot stamped?........Do your plans include the top heat shield ?

Yes. What I have in mind won't look identical but I think it will be ok.

I've been thinking about those heat shields for a while now, thought about having the material laser cut then making up a die to stamp them, including the swage lines on the top side.
