Hi all.. gotta question... i decided to dig my old poulan wild thing off the tool bench last night to try and get it running again since as of right now I only have one saw at home (loaned out the stihl to my dad) and I hate to go out cutting with just one saw in case a pinch happens.... anyhow, the 'wild thing' quit running on me one day last year while cutting with it and i just put it up and never messed with it till now. I am getting fuel to the cylinder and I am getting good spark. every once in a while it will fire for a few seconds but then dies and won't fire again for a good while.... I found on a website what the supposed carb settings are from factory for H/L screws and adjusted them to that but still nothing.... I know it's good fuel cause it's the stuff I just mixed up for my husqy about a week ago. Does anyone know what the carb adjustment settings actually are on this saw? Or any ideas what the problem could actually be?
