I am replacing Rad on Brush Bandit Chipper with Chry. 6 motor. Can't find a rad. so am replacing it with truck rad. same size. Could I just use electric fan or better to use engine fan ? I had a Vermeer chipper with Perkins engine. Fan would blow air from engine out through rad. Never had a problem with chips in rad. Very good idea. Can I just turn the fan over to do that. thanks for any help.
