Replacing button on silky pole saw

has anyone ever tried to replace the button assembly on a hayauchi pole saw? I've been trying to figure it out and it seems like you'd need special tools or a lot of luck to get it done.

I did a few years ago on a Hate, but have never used the Hayauchi so I am not sure how similar they are???

I have a Hayauchi pole saw also and the lowest button is getting really hard to press in. Sometimes it doesn't want to pop out.
