I have used bluewater, and sterling in my rock climbing days. I now use poison ivy it has the lowest elongation in a tree rope something like 1% at 540lbs and handles mechanical assenders as well as friction hitches for versatility.

It's nice to SRT on... Very tough stuff, no discernable stretch.

You'll find it interesting when you go to bag it after climbing on it. Once loaded, it seems kind of stiff. Once you bend it without a load, it loosens right up again. So if you're hand-over-handing it into a bag, you end up with a zig-zag pattern. Not a problem, just makes people pause with a funny look on their face sometimes.
