9th feature

There are 10 safety features at least in the UK and then 3 or 4 extra ones. Although i can only remember 3 so there could only be 3 or i hope there is.

1.Scabbard for the bar
2.Bar and chain combernation suitable to the saw
3.Muffler - directing fumes away from operator
4.Chain break
5.Stickers giving CE/audio warnng info
6.Positive marked on/off switch
7.Dead mans handle or throttle lock
8.Rear flared handle
9.Anti vibration mounts
10.Chain catcher

The optional safety features
1.Hi Viz colours
2.Marked/diffrent colour caps for fuel and oil
3.Heated handles

depends on how you define safety features

Low profile bar nose, low kickback chain, front handguard,**and/or**chainbrake,chaincatcher,flared handle aka rear handguard, isovibe system(incl chain profile),throttle lock, deadman on throttle, muffler guard, and gas fill at rear away from muffler.

i'll take a try at this:
ergonomic design
throttle inter-lock
manuel chain brake/hand guard
inertia chain brake
reduced kick back bar and chain
chain catch
rear handle hand guard
muffler
spark arrestor
chain and sprocket cover
rubber flap on chain and sprocket cover
loop handle
low vibration system
bumper spikes
chain tension system

i am sure i missed some. marty
