Silky saws, blades, and parts are 15% off at WesSpur with coupon code: SILKYSIX until April 14th!

We are curious - what's your favorite Silky saw? There are many more competitors on the market than their once were - do you still find your favorite hand saw or pole saw is a Silky, or has something else won you over?

    Awesome collection!

Love me the Silky I do! I only have a Gomboy 270 (medium) and a Hayauchi 16' They've paid for themselves many, many, times over. I wouldn't buy any other brand.

Is that the Sugowaza? (Your favorite) If so, where did you score the sheath for it, and the hook on your Hayauchi?

    Thanks.

I believe that is the sheathe that now comes on the Sugowaza, and the hook on the pole saw is the Hook Fox from Silky:

Thanks Nathan, I'll be looking you guys up soon!

Thank you as well Jason. How's that Sintung lopper head working for you? My Corona got itself stolen and I've been trying to figure out what to replace it with.

    Thanks,

    Pat

It's nice, there should be no question as far as going with silky. The ONLY justifiable reason to choose another company would be cost. It isnt an option thing either silky uses a superior tooth design that they have patented, hand saws cut by the tip of the tooth using friction to rip through the wood. Silky uses the side of the teeth to slice through the wood. If u look at the teeth they aren't flat they look pyramids, no other saw is capable of producing such flat smooth cuts.
