spark plug gap

This question involves a sears 3.7 model 358354830 chainsaw. I have ordered the owners manual along with some parts and I await their arrival. The saw takes a CJ8Y spark-plug but I have no idea of the correct gap. The saw has a solid state ignition system and I have heard to much gap can burn out the module Any pointers would be appreciated

Probably .025 should be fine.
