    Was this worth the $1 I paid for it? (this one amongst some other parts saws)

    Won't turn over, probably just from setting in a basement for 50 years.

    No, it was not worth the one dollar. You will feel like an idiot every time you look at it and think about that wasted dollar. Therefore, I'll send you a dollar, because I don't want you to feel bad, and you send me the thing.

    I'm not really a collector, I'll probably dust it off a bit, check it over, see if I can get it running and sell it.

    Yea but you have to admit, it would be cool to make it as nice as the one sprig posted up. Cool old saw:)

    I had the same saw given to me last year, with both original owners manuals, in awesome shape. Fresh gas and started on the 5th pull after sitting near 20 years!

    Great find, you should keep it. I havent heard of more than 5 around in running order.
